Associate Membership Criteria

The Trustees of ECSC C.I.O reserve the right to alter and amend these criteria from time to time.

Associate Membership is only available to adults.

Please note access to the club will use biometric data. Registration for this, and hence final confirmation of membership, will take place on the members first visit when documentary proof of identity/eligibility will be required.

Free Associate Membership

Associate members who cease to qualify for free membership under any of these criteria may still qualify for fee paying membership as detailed below.

Those eligible for free associate membership are:

Residents of Edlesborough Parish

All parishioners and permanent residents of Edlesborough Parish are eligible for associate membership.

Note: Documentary proof of residence will be required.

Members of Affiliated Sports Clubs

Those who are members of sports clubs affiliated with ECSC. At this time the affiliated sports clubs are: EB Lions, Edlesborough Tennis Club, Edlesborough Cricket Club.

Note: The appropriate sports clubs will be asked to confirm the individual's membership of the club.

Substantial Donors

Those making substantial donations to the project, either through "buy a brick", or who have made substantive other donations.

Note: Confirmation of the length of the free membership period will be provided to the individual donor and may vary dependent upon the size of the donation.

Appointed by Trustees

Any person appointed by the Trustees to further administration. Subject to terms and conditions to be determined from time to time by the charity trustees.

Associate Membership (Annual Fee)

This class of membership will be subject to a membership fee. This is currently £50 per year for a family membership covering two adults in the same household, or £30 for a single adult membership. Fees to be paid annually in advance.

Those eligible for associate membership, subject to an annual fee:

Residents of Adjacent Neighbourhood

Those who are a permanent resident of a qualifying neighbourhood adjacent to Edlesborough Parish. Subject to terms and conditions to be determined from time to time by the charity trustees.

Note: Documentary proof of residence will be required.

Employed in Edlesborough Parish

Those with permanent employ in Edlesborough Parish. Subject to terms and conditions to be determined from time to time by the charity trustees.
